Godspeed, Hero -- signed open edition prints
Another painting based on the work of Edmund Leighton, this time 'Godspeed' (1901).
This is one of my personal favorites (not surprisingly, it was his most popular piece). I hid a number of Easter Eggs in my parodied version and I wonder if you can find them all!
The giclee fine art prints are a lovely textured, matte print on 100% cotton rag paper that very closely resembles a heavy 260 gsm watercolor paper. The artist creates each print by hand using Epson archival ink on acid-free, velvet fine art stock.
Giclee Archival Option: This print is either 8.5x11 or 13x19 in size. It is individually printed by the artist’s own hand using Epson archival quality ink on acid-free cotton paper. This paper is textured, meaning it looks and feels like an original painting. Small white border with a hand painted look. Artist signature is on the lower corner. Frame recommended, but not included.
Cardstock Option: This print is either 11x14 or 12x18 inches in size, which is a common frame dimension in North America and can be easily made part of your framed art collection. It is borderless, and printed on semi-gloss 240 gsm card stock paper. Best of all: It is signed by the artist on the lower corner.
