The Accolade Reimagined - signed open edition prints

While I am a fan of many artists, I am especially fond of Edmund Leighton's work. Here I've taken his painting 'The Accolade' (1901).

Leighton's work is a bit romanticist, a bit modern, and a bit pre-Raphaelite... but also academic. For being one of the most iconic painters in so far as medieval imagery goes, he is still relatively unrecognized and achieved only modest success in his lifetime.

The giclee fine art prints are a lovely textured, matte print on 100% cotton rag paper that very closely resembles a heavy 260 gsm watercolor paper. The artist creates each print by hand using Epson archival ink on acid-free, velvet fine art stock.

Giclee Archival Option: This print is either 8.5x11 or 13x19 in size. It is individually printed by the artist’s own hand using Epson archival quality ink on acid-free cotton paper. This paper is textured, meaning it looks and feels like an original painting. Small white border with a hand painted look. Artist signature is on the lower corner. Frame recommended, but not included.

Cardstock Option: This print is either 11x14 or 12x18 inches in size, which is a common frame dimension in North America and can be easily made part of your framed art collection. It is borderless, and printed on semi-gloss 240 gsm card stock paper. Best of all: It is signed by the artist on the lower corner.
